When will my order ship?

We ship most orders within 3-5 business days. Since we are a small, artisan-run company there can be a slight delay.  We often make fresh product JUST FOR YOU! Your account will be updated when your order ships and you will receive an email with the tracking information.

*Please note:  Payments are processed by PayPal, and will be shipped to the address provided there.  Please be sure to double check the correct address has been updated there!

Are your products Certified Organic?

We use Certified Organic Suppliers in our product formulations and our standards are goverened by the Most High.  Skinfolk was built on a promise of purity and excellence. Certifications are VERY expensive and would have to be purchased for each and every product. We prefer to spend our resources on the best organic ingredients rather than on man made certificates. If an ingredient is listed as Organic, Fair-Trade or Wild-Gathered, it is Certified by our ethical suppliers.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life varies, depending on the product. Oil-based products will remain beneficial for up to 2 years or longer depending on the formulation. Skinfolk  products are made fresh, from pure, natural and organic ingredients. Our products are meant to be enjoyed, so PLEASE use them now rather than store them in the closet for later use. For maximum benefit from the vital nutrients in our products the fresher the better!

Are your products vegan friendly?

Many of them are but, it depends on your definition of vegan. In some of our products we use honey and beeswax, and insect products, such as honey or beeswax are not traditionally considered vegan.  Please feel free to contact us to ensure your products are exactly what you're skin is searching for.
